Ms. Meo is Managing Partner in Andrews & Company LLC. as well as our Chief Financial Officer. Nadja has been a part of the team for 12 years. She is a graduate of Thiel College with a BS in accounting. The first part of her career was spent working for The Dreyfus Corporation reaching the position of senior accounting manager in the investment division before leaving to become a part of our team. She has 25 years of experience in the field of finance and has guided our organization to a position of financial stability which has enabled our rapid and sustained growth.

Matthew Andrews |
Mr. Andrews is a Partner in Andrews & Company LLC. Matthew's attention is focused on operations and sales. Matthew has been a part of the team for 9 years. He is a graduate of Stetson University with a BA in psychology and sociology. Matthew has helped fuel our rapid growth by utilizing cutting edge technology to reduce cost while improving productivity. Mr. Andrews holds multiple certifications with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). His knowledge of modern techniques and technologies keeps our customers at the highest level of service while keeping costs affordable.

Mr. Andrews is the Founding Partner of Andrews & Company LLC. Jonathan has more than 40 years of experience in the facility maintenance field. He founded Andrews & Company in 1978. Mr. Andrews is a Certified Building Service Executive with the Building Service Contractors Association. He holds an MBA from
New York University. He has the experience to tie our team together and ensure that only the highest level of services is provided to our customers.

Jamie Krulikowsky |
Mrs. Krulikowsky heads our Human Resources Department. Jamie has been a part of the team for 4 years. Jamie rose to her current position through hard work, dedication and intelligence. She has helped to create a better work environment for our team members, which has helped to lower turnover and improve staffing stability. Her work has improved employee performance and consequently our level of service.

David Davis |

Mr. Davis is the Operations Manager for our Military Customers. Dave brings with him more than 20 years of experience in facility maintenance operations. He managed janitorial services at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport as well as many other large-scale facilities. His diverse experience makes him an asset to our team and our customers.

Daniel Soto |

Mr. Soto is an Area Manager. Daniel started as a cleaner with Andrews & Company 5 years ago. Due to his superior work performance he was promoted first to a supervisory position and then to Area Manager. Daniel has successfully ensured that our customers in his area are happy so that we have received every extension available under every contract in his area.

Wendy Laughlin |

Mrs. Laughlin is an Area Manager. Wendy started as a cleaner in early 2008. Her honesty, hard work and intelligence were quickly noted, and she was promoted to site supervisor within a few months. During the summer of 2009 Wendy underwent intensive training to prepare her to become an area manager in the fall. During the short time since her promotion, she has reduced costs and improved quality in her area of responsibility. |
