Andrews & Company LLC is pleased to announce that we are an active participant in the New Jersey Workforce Development Partnership (WDP) Program.  This program was established in 1992 and provides funding to those companies that meet select criteria, for customized skills training for employees located in the state of New Jersey.  Our firm is honored to participate in a program that is a key component to the Governor’s Economic Growth Strategy.

The funding we received is being utilized to upgrade the skills of our valued employees, to ensure that Andrews & Company LLC is more competitive in the global economy. This competitive grant program is made possible under the New Jersey Workforce Development Partnership, and is administered by the Office of Grants Operations (Customized Training Unit). 

Andrews & Company LLC has implemented a company wide training initiative that includes Accident Prevention, Health and Safety, Conflict Resolution, CPR and Anti Harass to name a few.  This initiative has afforded us with a unique opportunity to meet our specific business needs and more importantly the needs of our clients, by providing industry specific training to our front-line workers.
