As a member of the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification (IICRC), we take pride in our ability to use the best equipment, material and techniques to maintain your carpet.   Andrews & Company offers Extraction, Rotary Brush Shampooing, and Bonnet Cleaning.

All systems are available per your request or needs.  These services can be provided as part of an overall plan designed for our customers' needs or may be purchased individually.

The following information outlines why some of these services may be preferable over others:

1.  Extraction:  This system would be your choice if you had a lot of built up dirt but did not have staining that reached through to the matting.  Extraction also makes a good addition to Rotary Brush Shampooing and Bonnet Cleaning if there is a great deal of dirt buildup.

2.  Rotary Brush Shampooing:  This works well as a deep cleaning method when combined with Extraction.

3.  Bonnet Cleaning:  The advantage of Bonnet Cleaning comes when a stain is in the backing of a carpet and wicks to the surface with moisture.  The bonnet removes surface stains without allowing moisture to penetrate to the backing of the carpet.

Floor care is one of our main prides.  Proper floor preparation and care is paramount.  Not only do the floors look great, it saves our customers money.

Andrews & Company offers Spray Buffing, High Speed Burnishing, Scrubbing and Recoating, Stripping and Refinishing, and Stripping, Sealing and Waxing.  We will provide the service which is needed for your VCT floor.  These services can be provided as part of a plan designed to meet your needs or on a one time basis.

The following information outlines why certain services may be preferable:

1.  Spray Buffing:  This service applies if there is light scuffing and you want the appearance cleaned up monthly or more often.

2.  High Speed Burnishing:  This service is often used in retail establishments where a "Wet Look" is desired.  It is also recommended a couple of days after a new finish is put down in order to harden the wax.

3.  Scrubbing and Recoating:  This service could meet your needs if you had marks that would not come out with buffing but did not need a full stripping because the base layers of wax are still good.

3.  Stripping and Waxing:  This service would meet your needs if your wax has started to yellow or if there is little or no wax left.

5.  Strip, Seal, and Wax:  This service would apply if your floor has no wax left and is roughed up by dirt or rock salt or if moisture is trapped beneath the wax on your floor.
